Shadowborne Leather Bracers with Stylized Skulls

The skull is always the sign of a ridiculously tough opponent. This is true for a variety of reasons. First, a skull was historically the sign for "I will give no mercy," which means that if you lose, you expect no mercy from your opponent. Also, almost as important, if you wear a skull on your armor and you suck, you end up looking silly; so not only will you die, but they'll laugh at you as they kill you and take away any possibility of a dignified death.

It's because of this that there bracers are usually reserved for either the most skilled, the most evil, or the most fearsome villains in the game. The skulls on these bracers are stylized in an otherwordly, staccato fashion that gives them a more demonic, uncomfortable appearance. The bracers are secured and tightened with waxed leather thongs (included).

The sizing on these bracers indicates the length of the bracer (how much of your forearm they cover). Large bracers are 11" long, medium bracers are 9.5" long. The circumference of the bracers (how they fit around the arm) is determined by the laces. You can tighten or loosen the laces/straps to customize the fit around your particular forearm size.
